Great location, staff goes beyond service on many levels. The spa is phenomenal. Food is good. Bed was comfortable, rooms are roomy. Views are great at the higher levels of Parliament and Big Ben. Hop on buses for touring are right at the bridge.

Close to Southwark tube station. Breakfast looked decent and the lobby was inviting. AC and heating worked well. And the room (for London) was decent sized.
It was pretty perfect.
The only problem was a broken roller blind on one of the windows. (Sparrow)
