Mike at reception and Caroline at breakfast were simply amazing and made me feel incredibly welcome. Please ensure that they recieve my sincere thanks for their warm welcome and amazing service! Mike knew i had to get up and out early to catch the ferry, so breakfast would need to be fast, he relayed this onto Caroline who prioritised me and this kind of service is what makes a hotel stand out from the rest! The breakfast was very tasty, i wished i had more time to enjoy it, so please thank the chef too.
