Excellent little bungalow, great location near the beach and within walking distance to Clacton and Frinton. Kitchen well stocked, with everything you need for a short break. Garden well equipped with patio furniture and outdoor dining - nice evening sun trap. Decor lovely and everything you need for a long weekend including toiletries (yes enough loo roll too!!) and kitchen - washing up and dishwasher stuff. The Milk and Prosecco in the fridge on arrival was a great touch. Great place for 3.

Everything, great location to visit all the beaches nearby including Clacton Pier. Lovely, clean, modern caravan with all the amenities available and comfortable, cosy beds, lovely host that met us and gave us keys, showed us around the caravan and let us know they were nearby in case we needed anything. The park is modern with swimming pools, arcade and other facilities.

Nice and clean, well equipped, short walk to the on site arcade and shop. Friendly host with good communication. Small additional fee for the dog which was reasonable, front area secure and fenced in. Really close to the beach where we managed to find some lovely sharks teeth. Few good shops. Kids and adults had a lovely stay. Will hopefully be back in the near future.
