Holland Hotel, hotel in Llanfflewyn

Holland Hotel has a shared lounge, restaurant, a bar and water sports facilities in Llanfachraeth.

We were travelling in Wales & not booking far in advance. Angelsey on a Bank Holiday Weekend did not have numerous options within our budget. We had a great stay for two nights. The rooms are located above the Pub in a very old building and are very basic. Ours was room 1 directly above the Pub and we were warned it could be a little noisy. ( it was a little ) The room was small with twin beds( comfortable ) as well as a bunk bed, the bathroom large! The owner was accommodating, the pub great for conversations with the local residents ( we got lots advice about the area) breakfast was good and we had dinner both nights as well.

Heather and Bob were very pleasant and welcoming. It was helpful that Heather contacted me directly so I could update her on our ETA due to the long journey we had. They also kindly offered us an update on our delayed ferry and were very considerate. The breakfast was very nice. The location was quiet, peaceful and very beautiful, though we didn't have the chance to explore as we were getting the ferry. Heather recommended South Stacks for a visit and it was a great call, lovely place to swing by before getting the ferry. Thanks Heather! 👏

Lovely little cottage/annexe and was very quiet and a lovely area. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Nice and central to the island, be careful of the country lanes when driving but we went all over the place, south stack, trearddur bay, benllech beach, beaumaris and the castle. Really nice just to potter about for a few days and a nice little place to come back too with not a lot of people about.
