Haven't recieved my refund yet. I understand they are going through a difficult time but I wasn't aware of this at the time and they shouldn't have accepted bookings if there facilties were closed (the reason why I booked in the first place) please can I received the refund they said they would give.

I love how the breakfast was help yourself and that the room had everything I needed and had space. The coffee station was lovely and I loved the soap and shampoo there gave out. Easy check in and out. Friendly staff and was central to everything
