Sijainti ei olisi voinut olla parempi. Kävelykatu nurkan takana, merenranta ja yliopisto kadun toisella puolella. Katu oli varsin rauhallinen ja siitä löytyi parkkipaikka ovea vastapäätä. Hotelli oli ulospäin aika huomaamaton, suorastaan vaatimaton, mutta sisäpuolelta sisustus ja tunnelma olivat ihanat. Aamiaishuone ja aamiainen olivat loistavat. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen ja palvelualtis.
