We visited this hotel as we were going to Alton towers and it's really close.
I have visited before and absolutely love this hotel.
All the staff are helpful and very polite. During check in I was told we had a free upgrade to the bakeell room and it was absolutely beautiful. The views outside the room were lovely and the room was large and very clean. Can't wait to visit again.

A beautiful accommodation, clean, cosy perfectly located and equipped. Lovely and warm and the bed was incredible. I especially loved the decor, so individual unique. Gorgeous veranda where I sat in the morning soaking up the sunshine with a cuppa. The owner was very communicative and friendly. Definitely a place I’d love to go back to.
