The location for Market Drayton for our family gathering was excellent.
The owners on hand as soon as we arrived and very helpful and polite.
Featuring free WiFi, The Old School B&B is located in Shawbury, 14.5 km Shrewsbury. Free private parking is available on site. The rooms have a TV and a seating area to relax in after a busy day.

Everything, from the warm greeting on arrival to the excellent room and fantastic breakfast. Knocked spots off the 5 star hotel I stayed at in early March at a faction of the price. Please note, The Moorhead is in a very rural location. If you must have a town or city around you then don't book but if you value peace and tranquility with nothing but bird song this is the place for you. If you need to stay connected then there is excellent Wi-Fi and TV in your room. The beautiful, wide ranging, breakfast includes freshly laid eggs on the premises and the most tasty, to die for, sausages. Very, very highly recommended.
I was very annoyed that when I booked the hotel it wasn’t until I had paid a non refundable bill in full that they informed me that the pub was closed and up for sale and that there were no facilities to get a drink or food including any breakfast
