I like the quirkiness of the rooms , the deep big bath , the tea box was very cute plus there was cafetiere coffee ☕️. The bed was super comfy . The rooms had a very warm homely feel .

Our room was a converted Oast which was very comfortable and a good sized room with bathroom. Breakfast was good - full English. Might have enjoyed a pastry too! Parking excellent and an easy 1 mile drive into Rye. We enjoyed our stay

The location is perfect as it is close to the station but also in the heart of the city. The hotel was clean and the interior design feels authentic but not old fashionned at all. It's very cute inside. Plus, the staff was very helpful and dedicated. All good

We loved the house which was so beautiful. The hosts couldn’t do enough for us. Our room was spacious, warm and the only sounds we heard were the birds in the morning. Breakfasts were delicious and on our day trips we ordered sandwiches with complimentary flasks of tea, coffee and biscuits.
