Fabulous chefs produced 7 course taster evening meal and wonderful again chef prepared breakfast, amazing flavours and absolutely coordinated and balanced tasty servings over a large number of locally sourced products. Service was friendly and knowledgeable and professional throughout our stay. We felt everything was made to happen very specially just for us, a wonderful experience and a culinary delight.
Set in 3 acres of beautiful grounds, Cedars Inn features a conservatory restaurant and free parking. The inn is situated just outside Barnstable, a 20-minute drive from Exmoor National Park.

The room was very nicely decorated with a view to the garden which made the mornings lovely with the sun peeking through the leaves. Can notice the bathroom was upgraded and the bed was very comfortable, pillows including.
Despite hearing all the steps from room above (felt like a tap dancer at 6am), the place itself was quiet despite having a busy pub.
Breakfast was decent and the pub has a nice interior.
Plenty of car park spaces and location was perfect for what I needed.

Really nice bedroom, in a great location, 2 minutes walk from the railway station. Fantastic bespoke breakfast. Very friendly and helpful host. Thoroughly recommended.
