Very convenient for the station. The room was fairly spacious though a little dark. Good shower and room comfortable. There was a breakfast menu in the room but the host was a little surprised that we asked about breakfast but he did provide us with a good but slightly unusual breakfast but at extra cost which was expected. THe room was in an outbuilding probably originally a stable block.

The lady who welcomed me was very friendly & welcoming. She showed me up to my room and explained all that I needed to know. The rooms are directly above the bar, and I was not disturbed at all throughout the nights stay. The room was spacious and warm, and the bed was comfortable and clean. The shared kitchen had all the appliances that you could ask for, although I didn't need them. For the price that I was charged for this stay, I would stay again and is only a 15-minute drive from the race track.

The location of the property was ideal for where we needed to be the following day. There was a lovely local pub that did great food, we also got 20% off our bill for staying at this property. We weren't booked in for breakfast but we ended up having a light bite, all freshly cooked and delicious.
