The location is fabulous, ocean front & close to shops & restaurants. Rooms are comfortable and clean. A couple of breakfast choices, have to recommend the pancakes, absolutely divine. They are so lovely here, we were able to leave bags after checking out as we had evening flights, even telling us to keep a set of keys so we could use bathroom when we came back to collect them. Hadn’t stayed in a guesthouse for years but definitely would again, the personal touch and consideration were excellent!

Was very warm welcoming and friendly lovely atmosphere nice people and a great 👍 proper full English breakfast if you wanted it although many other healthy options if you want was there on the 22 of May for the bruce springsteen concert in Sunderland in the pouring rain with my best 👌 mate lovely hotel blew the clouds ⛅️ away and made it a sunny 🌞 day would highly recommend great 👍 value for the money 💰 kind regards Mr Richard Wilson

The location is amazing. Just a few minutes to the beach or town. Beautiful sea view over the rooftops. Host was amazing. Breakfast was fabulous and just what I needed! Bed was very comfortable and room was spotless! Can't recommend this place enough.

Fantastic find- lovely host - hospitable,polite welcoming and had lots of good advice about the locality, I was on my own - a female - but felt safe and relaxed in this very homely, clean and well run establishment - I will be back with my husband who was having surgery at tyneside hospital hence the overnight stay. - I arrived stressed, tired and windswept but was soon put at ease and made welcome ,my room was clean,quiet,airy and light with everything I could need- breakfast was amazing - 👏 tip- try the banana bread home made - mouth watering as was the perfectly cooked breakfast - thank you so much for a lovely stay and I will be back with my better half definitely - a brilliant guest house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
