Nothing no running water, had ants, nothing about it is correct and than Jefa wouldn’t let us leave until charging us extra money for a room we already were charged extra for even though or reservation said something different! Oh and there entire hotel floods on the main floor have buckets to catch the water and a hole in the ceiling how lovely!

The host was there waiting for me. He communicated with me frequently throughout the day. The building was gated with security. The pool was nice and relaxing. The apartment had lights that you can connect to your phone with music. That was cool. It gave surround sound to the room.

I would always recommend this facility to everyone The staff was exceptionally attentive, very kind and helpful.
