I would like to say that Karbala is a special city for Shia which are interested in Imam Hosain and would like to go to his shrine.
For non religious people there are modern parts of the city that could be interested to go for shopping and such cases.
The location was good but there was not like hotel the whole building was not like passage and market . Lots of noise people singing in midnight in groups and kids running in the corridor playing with lifts doing football infront of our door our complaints did not make any difference. The staff smoking all the times in corridor and reception and they were very unfriendly.
Excellent customer service and absolutely fantastic selection of foods. This is by far the best hotel in Iraq so far. Top floor you have shisha lounge!
Ask for the Syrian omelette from Ayad (the best chief in Iraq) and ask for Ibrahim if you would like to try gum shisha.
I think this hotel is the best hotel in this city. Bed was comfortable, air condition was good, there was a tea maker and ironing facility in the room. You can order food to be served in your room any time. That was great. Staffs were friendly and speak a lot of languages.
Old classic 4 stars, well done made thus keep in good conditions. Free parking, good breakfast. We had upgrade the room for free charge and receive compliment from hotel - fruits busket. We were glad to stay here once again. Strongly recommended to accommodation.
I was treated very well and given a free room upgrade and lunch (which was excellent, by the way).Thank you to Mr Sadr Aldein for all your kindness and assistance in helping me with information on day trips from Karbala and onwards travel.

The property is very close to the Imam Hussein Shrine in the city of Karbala. There are shops and restaurants close to the hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The room and specifically the bathroom was so dirty it didn’t worth the money we paid although the staff was very nice and friendly but it wasn’t like a 5 star hotel at all
The hotel was amazing. The rooms were comfortable with a very nice shower. The staff were helpful and welcoming. It was relatively close to the haram which was amazing.
