A warm welcome. Small room for twin beds but bathroom was a good size with interesting shower.
We arrived late and left very early. We appreciated the 5am ride to the airport which was too far (for me) to walk with luggage.

Everyone I came in contact with at the airport spoke English - a big plus for me as I don't speak Icelandic. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful to me. I had fish and chips from one of the restaurants and it was very good. There is a "Meeting Point" where I was told to go upon arriving at the airport and someone came and got me from there for wheelchair assistance, Very efficient. Unfortunately, there was a gate change for my aircraft and the wheelchair people didn't get the message so I had to push my chair - using it like a walker - and when the gate agent saw me, he was upset that I didn't have someone pushing me. He set me down and pushed me himself.

The town is situated near to the airport.
The town is situated near to the airport. We had spent the afternoon exploring the peninsula there, going right to the tip. There are two lighthouses there and a local history museum. (Free admission at time of visit). It was worth the visit. There is also a restaurant attached.
In the town, there is a main street with a number of shops/bars/restaurants, along with a supermarket. There is also a promenade for strolling along.

Keflavik is easily overlooked by many whom just go straight to the capital but honestly its such a nice little town, there's enough to see and do to last a decent amount of time and in comparison at least for me was more fun to explore than the capital!

Did not travel to Keflavik, we were there at the airport for a stopover. Thought we could tour a little as we had 10 hours but the cost of the bus fare and taxi was very expensive and for a family of four we decided to stay put. The flights are cheap but everything else, if you are on a budget prepare yourself to spend a lot of money on food and transportation. Very clean place, their tap water is amazing, air is clean. Would love to go back to explore but will have to save a lot to be able to fully enjoy Iceland.

Good location near the airport.
Good location near the airport. We moved here the day before our early morning flight. The friendly lady in reception stored our bags and called a taxi to bring us to Blue Lagoon. We learned that the hotel had a special deal with taxis so we booked the same taxi to bring us back, which gave us a bit of a discount. We took their free airport shuttle very early the next morning. The driver who was also in charge of reception was nice and friendly too.

Don't arrive after 2200hrs.
Don't arrive after 2200hrs. You won't get the room you've paid for. Don't rely on information from staff. They give you inaccurate advice re buses etc. The hotel is a 55km bus ride from Reykjavik - a once hourly service - or a $200 taxi ride each way. There is not even a vending machine to buy a softdrink, crisps etc. This place is an expensive bed and a shower and a 6km (aka AUD$59) taxi ride from the airport. Dont waste your money!
The hotel is on the edge of a small marina and easy to find by car. The free parking is useful. They are perfectly located for Keflavik airport and the free shuttle to the airport was convenient and promptly arranged by the friendly, helpful staff.
The hotel reception area has some nice relaxed seating areas with rugs and comfy chairs. We also loved the large globe!
There is a restaurant but also plenty of other options in the town, just a short walk away.
Breakfast was plentiful and the selection was good.
It was in front of the hotel Keflavik, very nice location. I was able to use the facilities at the hotel as well, like storing my luggage and the breakfast as this was included in my booking. I also used the restaurant for lunch time and the food was amazing. The guesthouse room was very clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were also very tidy, and everything was very well organized. The property is also close to a walking trail as informs by the hotel staff, and is great for solo travelers.
Very good communication with the owner, clear instructions on door code, room number and information about your stay, feels like home, beautifully decorated, wonderful room with kitchen, extra bathrobes, free airport shuttle, towels galore, free parking, and many more! They really thought of everything to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. There is no free breakfast but coffee, tea, different drinks, variety of cereals, etc. are provided. We had a wonderful stay!
We arrived after a 2 week camping trip so were very happy to have a real bed and our own hot shower. Our room looked out to the sea and had a small balcony. The bed and room were comfortable. The staff were very nice and friendly. There was a restaurant attached but we did not eat there. Breakfast was included and was adequate cold self service. There was van transport to the airport also included. The hotel was at the edge of town so we walked and did some last minute shopping.
Very nice little hotel. Staff is the best! They were so friendly and helpful, were able to accommodate my check-in early, offered to grab a few items from the breakfast buffet while I had to wait for test results in my room, and offered tips for onward travel. Everything I needed and more. Also, the restaurant is great - I had dinner there and it was one of the best meals of my trip.
Close to the airport with free shuttle service made it easier and more comfortable to get our flight.
The hotel offers everything for an overnight stay including early breakfast. The rooms are standard size, nice and clean. A small bar next to the reception and a small selection of snacks and drinks provide a 24h service, when flight times don't match normal daytime hours.
Stayed here before an early morning flight out of Keflavik. Good selection for breakfast, which starts at 4:30 am. The restaurant is also open for evening meals, which I wasn't aware of before I checked in. I was under the impression that they didn't do evening meals, so had had a big lunch before checking in. Short walk across the car park to the airport.
Hotel Jazz is an excellent choice for starting or ending your vacation in Iceland. It is close to the airport and has a fantastic breakfast ready early in the morning for those early departures and jet-lagged wake-ups. Check-in was a breeze. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and CLEAN. Hotel Jazz is an absolute must-stay.
Hotel is located in Keflavik downtown, not too far from the airport which can be reached either by bus, car or taxi. Double room was decently sized, clean, had a desk, blackout curtains, TV and coffee maker with coffee and tea. Breakfast had a lot of options - cold meats, cheese, cereals, fruits, eggs and even vegan milk.
Very clean hotel. Nice big room. Good breakfast selection. Friendly staff when checking in. Very close to airport with food choices and a supermarket nearby. Good views from upper floors of the volcanic Icelandic landscape and planes landing at Keflavik, (if you like that sort of thing...)
It's a Radisson. Everything you'd expect. Not a huge number of facilities in the hotel beside the bar and restaurant. Very close to the sea and also close to the Keflavik restaurant area with a petrol station convenience store next door. Well varied breakfast, even with instant noodles.
The entrance of the property and the lounge is very stylish, looks amazing and they have good breakfast.
Close to airport 10 min drive close to local shops and restaurants 10-20 min walk
The clinic service was very good also
Other good point is they have parking
Very cozy place, comfy rooms which we needed after doing the ring road in an RV, loved their pictures in every corner and had a very nice breakfast (available from 3 am to 10 am!) The airport shuttle service was great. I recommend staying here.
The location of this hotel is convenient for people wanting to stay close to the airport. There were lots of restaurants nearby and a grocery store was a few minutes away. Breakfast of fruit, granola bars, yogurt and juice were provided.
We used the hotel for one night to be near the airport. The restaurant was very good. Check in staff were very efficient. If we had planned better, we would have gone to Blue Lagoon from there rather than Reykjavik.
The hotel is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. There is plenty of free parking and the breakfast was excellent. The location the Keflavik airport is less than 10 minutes drive time.
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Furnishings were new and well maintained. Breakfast was very good. Appreciated the shuttle back to the airport.
