We booked this at the very last minute and arrived after they had closed. We suspect the host was unaware of the last minute booking. We called and were unable to communicate in English. The host called back and had her daughter communicate with us. They came back to the hotel and opened everything up for us! We were very grateful and enjoyed our stay.
