When my husband and I left the room in the morning for breakfast, I left a pair of earrings on the nightstand. When I returned, the earrings were gone. I'm very disappointed that this happened. The breakfast was wonderful. Everything from the breads and meats to the yogurt and fruit were great. The location in the countryside was a wonderful change from the time we had spent in the Tuscan hill towns. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The Palazzo is a gem! The best of modern style elegantly combined with history; this boutique property will amaze you. The rooms are spacious and so welcoming. I felt like I was being hosted by royalty in a private villa. The restaurant, Coro, has the most creative chef, and we enjoyed the tasting menu
