Lido di Savio has not impressed me. There is no public beaches there (only one dog beach - not very clean). The water in the sea there is green and full of algae. It's better to go to the beach at Lido di Classe - there are kilometers of public beaches along the woods. The water there is clear and full od shells.MajaPoland - 6.0Scored 6.0

A place like many on the north adriatic coast of Italy. If you prefer beach bars, adventure parks, good infrastructure you will like it there. But to be honest this place is just made for tourists and not really an authentic place. I just stayed there for one night on my way back home. Big plus: The Riserva Naturale close to the beach of Lido is very beautiful.tveirtigersAustria

Beach -very Adriatic .Excellent to walk along .A bit too shallow for good swim . Am not a fan of Italian system whereby use of beach facilities incurs a charge above and beyond hotel rate . However hotel's generosity on room compensates for that . Overall area is still a bit sparse and lacks intimacy .Breakfasts first rate .Other meals very good , but about 10-15 % overpriced compared with ,say, a good restaurant in ravenna . Overall strongly recommend .

The view from our room on the 4th floor was incredible. The furniture was a little dated in the room and bathroom but all functional. The breakfast set up was great and a lovely selection. We were able to park for free which was helpful (in a private car park). The lady who checked us in was great and very welcoming and we loved the little office doggy!

Both are always willing to help with advice and take care of everything. We really liked the time spent in this hotel. It is a few meters to the beach. A few steps from restaurants and shops. Bathroom had all the kits for teeth, shoes, slippers. I like that they use a bigger shampoo bottle instead of little ones, so we can reduce some waste.
