The town itself is not much.
The town itself is not much. A nice little piazza/main church and a few shops. The big thing to see here is the Parco Ticino with miles of walking trails through the woods that border the airport. Fascinating place with an open air history museum. Worth a trip.

We needed a hotel close to Milan Malpenza airport at short notice. The accommodation was exactly what we expected, based on the reviews we read. Finding a local bar near to the hotel was a bonus. The hotel staff directed us there and were helpful. This was perfect for our needs and a shuttle to the airport can be booked for around 15 Euro.

Perfect location near Malpensa - an evening flight into the airport and you will still be able to have a superb meal in the restaurant before bedtime. Ever so nice staff and a choice between continental or Italian breakfast in the morning. The nice dog and the nice cat that keep you company on the patio in the evening are at no extra cost.

There is a well-stocked mini fridge and kettle is available upon request. Although the hotel room is a bit dated but the room is well provided for and clean. Bed is comfortable and there are extra 2 pillows available for use. It's a short drive to the airport for our morning flight the next morning so location is good for us.
