The location was fine. Mohammed in the breakfast room was very nice. (The other male attendant wasn’t pleasant)

Our room and bed were very comfortable. The staff, Matteo and Sophia were friendly and very helpful. It is close to the bus/train terminal, but make sure you take the escalators up. (We didn’t know and dragged our suitcases up a big hill.) It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the start of the city center. They have a lovely little patio, which we enjoyed one night with some wine.
