Authentic in the heart of a small Italian Tuscan village - simple and sweet, like staying in a home. This is not a super overly design B&B - it is the real deal.

Gorgeous setting overlooking vineyards. We traveled with our two kids ages 10 and 7 and were upgraded to a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment located above the breakfast room. We loved the apartment with two terraces and stunning views. The apartment included and washing machine and detergent was available upon request. The refrigerator was stocked with drinks available for purchase. My husband enjoyed the Brunello wines available for purchase as well. We were there mid April and the pool had just opened for the season. The property manager Erna had just turned in the pool heater for us. The pool itself is stunning and my kids loved it. My kids also loved the friendly cats that wandered the property. Some reviews complained about noisy AC units but our unit wasn’t noisy at all. The rooms had mini splits and they were very quiet. We were the only guests staying there at the time and it was pretty amazing having the whole place to ourselves. Breakfast was delicious and we appreciated being able to get eggs made to order along with cappuccino, hot chocolate and freshly squeezed orange juice. The lobby has a stack of games that you can take back to your room. There is a cute playground just a block from the property and a soccer field a few blocks away. The small town is adorable and the two restaurants within a 5 min walk were delicious. Montalcino city center is a 10 min drive.

This is a great place to stay close to the main Tuscan cities and typical Etruscan villages and terme. Easy access to the highway which is a great plus in sometimes winding and difficult Tuscan roads.
The Agroturismo is great with wonderful and helpful owners. Great views from this hilltop and great restaurant closeby.
The place is beside a mediaeval castle and thus gives a feeling of authenticity.
Highly recommend this place.

Lovely area deep in the country.
Lovely area deep in the country. Absolutely breathtaking landscapes everywhere. It is very peaceful with little light pollution. The stars shine bright here. With a car and a gps, it is easy to get around. There is one restaurant in town. It has delicious food and good house wine.
