The owner doesn't provide parking, but we were able to find one in the neighborhood easily. The room is clean, well equipped. The owner stays in the same property, but the guest part has its complete privacy, we felt just like staying at home. The sumptuous breakfast is prepared by the owner himself, which was a big surprise to us. We really enjoyed the stay there.SharonSingapore

The bus station is right in front of the hotel which you can reach the center of Venice in 20 minutes with only for 1,50 EUR . You can buy tickets at the reception too. The place is clean, hosts are really friendly and a huge plus for being dog-friendly (10 EUR / night) without any problems. I liked the atmosphere of this place and we had a great time here .
