The location, the staff and the breakfast. Amazing view over the town and lake. Peaceful at night on the balcony, as it is not next to the road but downstairs on the cliff. Parking in front of the hotel next to the road.
Amazing super friendly and romantic restaurant just down the stairs after you exit the hotel. We arrived late in the evening and still felt we enjoyed the "day" there having dinner and a small walk in the empty romantic cute town
All in all we even changed our plans to stay one extra night because we loved it so much!

Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast with typical products. Lot of choice in coffee types. View on the lake from my room and terrace. Very easy access to the lake by a little beautiful narrow street. Beach not far in southern direction with amazing sunsets on the mountains in direction of Brescia. Bar (I didn’t go to).

We had one of the two lake view rooms on the top floor and the views were nothing short of stunning. The bed was comfy. The morning breakfast spread was lovely. Amenities and furnishings were basic, but adequate and clean. I would stay here again and pay the extra for a lake front room.

Simply stunning views of the lake and mountains. Peaceful setting outside of town. Cool stairway next to a rushing stream that leads you to the walking path to the town of Limone (easy to walk vs. taking a car if you don't mind the stairs). Absolutely fantastic breakfast buffet with top notch servers.
