Thank you to the owners/hosts for a wonderful stay and lasting memories. The apartment was located on the 2nd floor and was simply gorgeous. Beautifully decorated with a nice bathroom with hot water, it had a balcony offering wonderful partial sea and lush garden views with a variety of fruit trees, including mango. The owners paid great attention to detail, ensuring everything needed was available. The photos don't do it justice—it definitely felt like a home away from home!
Sangela and Nelly, the amazing hosts and owners, were very accommodating and always available if needed. They offered a concierge service for private/charter taxis and excursions, which we used to get around easily. Their commitment to guest safety was greatly appreciated.
On Wednesday nights, they offer a cooking class featuring Breadfruit and Ackee Saltfish, Jamaica’s national dish. It was very tasty, and I highly recommend it!
The apartment is about a 9-minute drive from Somerset Falls, with Rio Grande Bamboo Rafting within about a 15-20 minute drive. The town centre, restaurants, supermarkets, and other rivers are also nearby. Other tourist attractions like Frenchman’s Cove, Blue Lagoon, Boston Jerk, and Boston Bay are about 25-30 minutes away.
This has definitely become one of my favourite Airbnbs, and I would stay here again whenever I'm in Portland!

The apartment was quite cozy and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. This place was exactly what we needed. The staff were warm and welcoming. Very good communication between staff and client. The owner was quite easy to talk to very accommodative and kind. Overall the experience was superb, I will definitely be going back not to mention the town is walking distance away...my family and I really enjoyed the experience.

Staying in the tree house was simply amazing. I would say once in a lifetime experience! The house is very well built and equiped with everything you need. You can watch a lot of birds, lizards and other animals from the inside and sometimes they may come to visit you :) some mosquito nets included.

The location was lovely, close to town, and the beaches. The view was gorgeous. It was a jamaican welcome, and jamaican style residence. They were kind to the dogs and cats and fed them. You could prepare food in the kitchen, store food safetly in the fridge. People around port antonio friendly, and we shopped with local people, locally in shops and the market, with no hassle or inflated prices .

unfortunately, I assumed I was booking a double room with two beds in the same room with my business partner, unfortunately, two separate rooms had been booked however we were accommodated and paid $12000 Ja to the owner after which we entered the premises and he then drove off, and at this point, we realized there was no window in the bedroom or no ventilation although there was AC which we never used because of health reason a fan would have been more appropriate, and I was suffering the entire night up the entire night and could not sleep through lack of oxygen in the room, my partner also complained of the lack of ventilation. I would not recommend this facility again and I deserve a full refund
