The check in was a night mare. We arrived at around 8 pm. We got to the apartment at 9.40. The name of the building is not Fululu Okinawa. No one knows where is it. The building has a different name from the one advertised. The so called check in guide was only I Japanese and we could not find the key. After finding the key, the key could not open the door. I was saved by a neighbour, because there was no one to help.

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. It feels like a 5 star resort. The rooms are absolutely huge. Massive bed, sitting area, balcony, bathroom, toilet, shower and bath. All very clean and good quality. The staff came in and cleaned every day. The amenities provided were great - from toiletries to bed clothes. The pool is nice, as is the seating area around it. The hotel is right above a lovely beach and we spent a lot of time here. There is lots of sea life and I rented diving boots for a good price and explored all the little rock pools. The restaurants are very high quality and the food was amazing. There's a number of restaurants and shops on site.

Located right on the beach, Sheraton Okinawa Sunmarina Resort features snorkelling, a restaurant and lounge. All stylish rooms include a satellite flat-screen TV and balcony.

The location of the resort is very good. There is 7 eleven opposite the resorts. There are not many 7 eleven or Family mart in Onna village so having one right opposite the resort is a luxury. You cannot expect them to provide 5 star hotel service due to the low cost. But it is enough to give you a comfortable stay.

Good service, all the facilities are proviced that we needed. Swimmingpool was well maintained. Really liked the optional breakfast services and the foodtrucks. Cleaning of the rooms took a while but the room was really clean afterwards. Overall we had a lovely time stay!
