Very convenient location to explore the Kunisaki peninsula by car. The owner is super friendly and helpful. This accommodation has everything you might need. There were all the cooking utensils(rice cooker, several pans, fridge, Japanese cups and plates etc). The room was spacious and spotless clean.
Kunisaki peninsula has so many beautiful pilgrimage trails, I would recommend this place for anyone who is interested to explore Kunisaki peninsula. Also only 30min by car to the famous Beppu area. Will definitely come back!

Excellent stay! Great deal for that price. 10-15mins by walk from Yokoku station, so it was easy to travel to Beppu or other cities. Also close to the Hiji Castle ruins, where you can take a walk by the sea. The area was super quite but with great places to eat. The staff was very nice and spoke english. Excellent breakfast for 500yen/person. Totally reccomend!!

Staffs were good and helpful. The room was clean and a bit small for 3 persons.
