They have coin laundry and dry machine, which is a plus! Also onsen (hot springs) was very nice. Staff was friendly and they gave me some vouchers to use in cafes. It's very close to the station, so supermarket and cafes are around. Small yellow duck in bathroom was super cute ;)

When I am in this part of Tokyo I stay here for the great staff and nice accommodations and great value. I like the breakfast especially- a great mix of American comfort food and traditional Japanese food.
