If you’re visiting Sapporo, this hotel is highly recommended. It is close to Odori (subway) station and the Sapporo Streetcar (Tram). Pole Town (shopping area) was a few minutes away, and convenience stores were nearby. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms and facilities are clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is very good. It’s also good that the room has your own washing machine and trouser press, so you don’t have to bring many clothes.

Buffet breakfast was chaotic and crowded. Food was not replenished and presentation was unappealing. They ran out of soy sauce at the raw fish section.

The hotel room is very good. BED is comfortable and the room size is perfect for 3 pax. We stayed at the south building and there is coin laundromat inside the hotel building. The breakfast seems a bit expensive (Jpy4000/pax) and we didn't try out.Overall this hotel is superb.
