So relaxing and peaceful. I’ve had the most relaxing and restful sleep of my entire trip here. The host is too kind and helpful. She dropped us to the station and also took us to the nearest hypermarket a few times. She also made us excellent tea every morning. Their dog Kaku is another sweet and gentle soul to spend time with. The village itself nice. Ask for the map and explore the nearby towns. Also Omachi and Hotaka are close by. Lots of apple orchards in the area.

The hospitality of the host, the wonderful facilities, everything was new and clean and comfortable. We really appreciated host Kotaro's effort to make us feel at home and help us with whatever we need (including driving us to the train station and going inside with us just to make sure we got on the right train!).
