Small but comfortable, The Rise was located in a good area, with plenty of shops nearby and bigger sites like Osaka castle easily accessible by bus. It was centrally situated, meaning getting to Dotonbori in the south was easy and so was getting to Umeda in the north. Check in/out is automated, and staff are not always visible, but if you do need anything they are close by to help out. I needed an adapter and one was provided for me.

Had a room that has a City View - we find it comfortable and quite spacious. Hotel is near supermarket, subway line, shopping streets. I love how they provide water bottle per person, each night and also the complimentary tea & coffee sachets, and skincare products in the Lobby. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
