Loved everything about the place! Everything from the rooms, hotel facilities and amenities like the rooftop pool were amazing and made our trip so much more memorable. Staff were accommodating, friendly and extremely welcoming for our entire stay, and the hotel tuktuk service made getting around Siem Reap so much easier for us. The food and drinks from the hotel restaurant were delicious - we went back for afternoon tea every day and stayed in for a couple meals as well.

We really enjoyed our stay, we had a superior room for 2 nights which was lovely! We then extended our stay and stayed in a double room and this was very basic and had a lot of issues (tv screen smashed, shower leaked, and toilet seat had fallen off to name a few). Breakfast was great and timings were good, restaurant also made great food! Staff were lovely :)

The staff are very attentive. I arrived at this hotel at 12:00 as I had changed my planned accommodation at short notice. Originally we were supposed to check in at 14:00, but they were happy to let us in. I was especially indebted to Mr Nai, Mr Vanny ,Ms Phen and Mr Solin. They were very helpful and friendly. I was worried about travelling alone, but they made the trip very enjoyable!

The staff here are amazing! They really take care of you while visiting. The pool is great on the very hot days. Location is great. The breakfast in the morning has great variety. Kimsinh was one of the assistance that helped us with whatever we needed. Truly a great guy. If you're lucky to meet him, he will take great care of you.

If you’re looking for beautiful hotels with big swimming pool, I can recommend this hotel. The hotel has a great design with modern facilities. Room was spotlessly clean with good size and free WiFi. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Pool was a good place to relax with sunbeds and trees around. Location was good close to pub street. We would highly recommend this hotel and will come to stay again!!!!
