The location is great right at the bottom of the ski slope. I didn’t realise until it was too late that you can actually Ski-in and Ski out when there is enough snow. The apartment was comfortable, when I was called, I called them and they turned up the heating straightaway. Functioning kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and kettle and utensils which was very helpful.

This is a nice hotel located close to restaurants and coffee shops as well as a short walk to the bus terminal. It's a simple hotel with very few amenities, but a good value.

The room was located in the Blue condo, which is in the same building as the ski/snowboard rental and lesson office. Literally ski in/out. Impressive view of the slopes and two busy runs with the Sky Standard room. Room was clean. Loved the heated floors-- and that heat can be turned off. Liked the small window that could be opened for fresh air. Good water pressure in the shower. Reception desk was helpful and friendly, after you pull a ticket and wait. Dinners at the Ski House Lodge both nights were tasty and quick.

The hotel was basic, room and bathroom were very small.
The hotel was basic, room and bathroom were very small. The hotel staff were not very helpful in offering information about restaurants and cafes nearby. Spa and sauna are not included in the room price. The hotel is 1.5 km from downtown, so if you prefer to have some restaurant options stay elsewhere. Shuttle bus to/from airport and sky Centers were very useful.

The water park was not very big but it was good enough for family trip. I don't recommend it to young people who are expecting more exciting attractions. The pool bar was offering only few foods but it was interesting experience to eat and drink in the pool. Couldn't go up to the peak due to the bad weather but I will try getting on the cable car next time.

The entire Phoenix resort was redecorated/overhauled, but the access to the ski slopes could have been organized better (more mats, more snow, more slope entrances) near the Pheonix resort as to carry all of the ski equipment for several tens of meters.

Fantastic skiing slopes close by the hotel/resort location of Phoenix. Good and sufficient outdoor and indoor parking availability. A CU convenient shop in the hotel makes is easy to buy some small food or other necessities. The room view is excellent and a small terras allows some fresh airing. or cloth drying when needed. Sufficient ski equipment rental is available at hand, no need to bring anything. Renting and ticketing (RFID) is easy and convenient. Prices are reasonable for a whole day and evening skiing fun.

Beautiful area, no wonder was selected to host the Winter...
Beautiful area, no wonder was selected to host the Winter Olympics. Surprisingly, not very high mountains, only up to about 1500's meters, but very cold. Even in late December, they had (man-made, of course) snow. Tubing was also fun to do. A small animal farm with sheep and alpacas. Easy access by bus or train from Seoul.
The perfect fall getaway to escape busy city life. It's surrounded by trees and hill/mountain views. There are beautiful plants, sweet funny cats, and a sweet dog. Everything is peaceful and the cabins are private and cozy. The hiking in Odaesan is fantastic. You need to drive, get a ride, or get a taxi to get to the hiking trails or to get to restaurants. It's worth it to sleep in such a lovely, peaceful place. :)
The staff really went out of their way to help us. We had tried to book bus tickets online and couldn’t since we didn’t have a Korean bank card. One staff member ended up booking the tickets for us which was so so kind! The gym was quite nice for a hotel gym and the shuttle services were very handy!
3 minutes walk from hotel to ski slope. very warm room in winter. generally comfortable bed. we requests to pay for an extra bed but hotel said it’s out of extra bed. the staff there not quite assists of answering questions. breakfast only few choices without drinking options
The hotel was clean and staff were very nice. The decor was very cool with Olympic themed items. The kids play area was nice and the pool was warm. We had a problem with the race car bed breaking and the hotel was very understanding and got us a new room.
Best of the three hotels. The staff are professional, courteous, and accommodating. The rooms are clean, quiet, and cozy. The location to the slopes is perfect. The buffet is plentiful. Looking forward to the next stay.
It is a beautiful, well kept and clean accommodation. The owners of the property, husband and wife were extremely helpful. The owner drove us to and fro the ski resort even though we ended our ski session at 9pm.
I really like the location. The facilities are excellent. There are a good variety of restaurants and a fully stocked mini market. The skiing is pretty good EOM January early February.
We had a great stay here. The woman who runs the place is very nice, and the location is perfect--right next to the entrance of the park, and a short walk from a bunch of restaurants.
This is a nice hotel located close to restaurants and coffee shops as well as a short walk to the bus terminal. It's a simple hotel with very few amenities, but a good value.
hotel is pretty central to the snowfields. about a 5 min drive. the decor of the hotel and surrounds are great. if not for the below issues it would have been a great place.
Big and clean rooms. We booked Mountain view rooms. Nice balcony with direct view to the slopes.
Fantastic breakfast - no waiting line even Hotel was probably fully booked
Comfortable and spacious room. Friendly reception. Good location with many restaurants within walking distance and a good base for skiing around the snow resorts.
