We stayed for 1 night en route back from the Sahara. Adequate for 1 night, but not the most comfortable or cleanest place we've stayed. The Kasbah and the grounds are very nice. Staying at a Kasbah was a great experience, but it was lacking a bit of refinement and just a little too rustic for us. The evening meal we had was absolutely delicious, the breakfast was plentiful and the staff were lovely.
Located in Skoura, 4 km from Kasbah Amridil, Kasbah des cyprès provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace.

This Eco-friendly riad is located in the oasis of Skoura, on a 4-hectare farm. Set between the desert and the Atlas Mountains, it offers air-conditioned rooms, a sea water outdoor pool and a hammam.

Beautiful setting and gardens to relax in. There was plenty for our son to enjoy, playground, table tennis etc. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The evening meal was very good quality. Wish we could have stayed for longer!
Boasting mountain views, Eco-Ferme Tamalait Skoura offers accommodation with patio, around 2.6 km from Kasbah Amridil.

Actually one word is enough to describe this place: Paradise. But I will make it a little longer. In every little thing of that farm you will notice how much love the owners put in it. If we could, we would have stayed longer
Situated on the banks of the Dades River in Morocco, Kasbah Elmehdaoui offers comfortable guestrooms and is 5 km from Skoura village.

This was definitely one of our best hotel in Morocco.
The room was good, the food of great quality and our host Mohamed was full of good advice.
A real pleasure.

The facilities were exceptional, the good taste of the entrance, the use of all sort of rustic object in the garden to create small spaces to relax, the children's play room, swimming pool. The small animal farm.
Located a 10-minute drive from Skoura village, Auberge Migusta offers a traditional living room and a rooftop terrace. Free private parking is possible on site.

Remote tranquil auberge / B&B just next to an oase just outside Skoura (go for a walk). Very friendly host. Very clean. We had a room with shared terras overviewing the oase. Very pleasant stay. Nice dinner, simple breakfast.
With views of the Atlas Mountains, Kasbah Dar Dmana is a 5-minute drive from the centre of Skoura. It offers free a 24-hour front desk, a garden and a terrace with outdoor furniture.

Really nice stay in the middle of a palme grove and nature.
Traditional Kasbah accommodation with nice staff that welcomed us late in the evening. Nice big terrace were to have breakfast in the morning.
Very accommodating host. The only issue was the mattress, which was changed as soon as it was brought to the host's notice.
Meals were prepared by the lady of the house. Breakfast was included, evening meal was optional. Wifi was excellent. The hosts own palm and pomegranate orchards locally, and offered tours within his family's ownership and around the vast & historic Skoura oasis, with its many and varied casbahs.
There is a range of places to eat in Skoura, an interesting street market and good banking.

This was a bird-watching holiday and we chose Skoura because it was accessible to known birding sites to the west and the east. However, we discovered that Skoura, and Sidi Flah a few miles to the south, are brilliant birding and walking locations in their own right.

Scenic and interesting, with nice side trips to a gorge and a casbah. But in a first trip to Morocco where we wanted to see Fez, Marrakech & the desert, there wasn't much time to squeeze in more at Skoura.

The family was very nice and friendly.
The family was very nice and friendly. Very friendly personal, nice view, Eventhough we arrived late, they prepared us the whole dinner (soup, main and desert) which costs 9 eur per person. Breakfast was also delicious.

The property is beautiful and we were welcomed so warmly by Mohammad. He showed us the property and the gardens, which is beautiful w. many fruit trees. But above all, the dinner.... was A-MA-ZING! Mme. Najate is a 5-star chef. Everything was seasoned to perfection - it wasn't just our best meal in Morocco, but one of the best meals we've ever eaten anywhere. Breakfast was also fabulous and plentiful - with an egg omelette in addition to the typical breads, jams, olives and dates.
Ahmed, wife Fatima, children Younessef and Sara and his mother were so welcoming. Ahmed met as in town and led us to his historic home in the middle of the oasis. Fatima cooked a great supper for us with less than one hour's notice and also provided a big breakfast with home made crepe and bread. The guest house was huge, the bedroom warm with lots of hot water and the bed linen was
very comfortable. This is a VERY special place that Ahmed has opened close to the Dar Ahlam hotel.
Great place to visit. It was above our expectations. The location looks very remote but is actually worth staying for a few nights. You can go out for a hiking, running, or 4x4 adventure on the other side of the Dades river.
The food at the place is exceptional. Madame Najante prepares a great dinner and breakfast. Mohamed is a friendly manager who helps with any questions and makes guests enjoy vacations.
Unexpectedly that was the best stay during our 13 days trip in Morocco.
This is an old family property with a lot character - which has been/is being extended - and comfortable bedrooms. Though it is on the edge of the oasis and Skoura itself, the pomegranate gardens in the back are beautiful as is the pool area. We really appreciated the tea and snacks which greeted us on our arrival. The dinners were simple but tasty and very plentiful. Thank you Karim for getting the goat's cheese which we had seen advertised in the town - a very nice gesture.
We found our best hotel in morocco this trip. The upgraded room was large and well equipped. Our host spoke good English and was very friendly and helpfull. The grounds of the hotel are nice with orange and pomegranate trees. Very tranquil. We had a very good dinner and breakfast.
Wifi worked, but was a bit weak at times. Good enough in most places.
As mentioned, easily the best place we stayed. Too bad we could only stay one night due to our schedule. We'll be back.
The place was very nice, close to the main road. Rooms are all equipped with air conditioning. And the place behind the house, with the pool and restaurant is exceptional!
PS we were in the hotel while the earthquake happened near Marrakech and the staff did everything they could to keep us informed and comfortable while waiting outside. Also, they provided warm blankets for those who chose to sleep outside next to the pool that night.
This farm was really fantastic!
Both brothers were really friendly and helpful. The way to get there is not so easy, but the place is really great for relax.
Everything was clear, dinner was fantastic and morning omolette also :-)
I can only recomend to stay there. Unfortunattely we had only one night, but I hope in our next visit to Morocco we will stay there longer.
Thank you for everything and hope to see you again!

Magnificent place with wonderful staff in an amazing location. Incredible service, lovely breakfast, lunch and dinners, and most of all Caroline and her amazing staff provide a genuinely unique, ultra friendly and unforgettable experience in this remarkable oasis. Don't miss it if you are travelling in Morocco, or make a special trip to go there, it is worth it.
Set in Skoura’s lush palmery, the grounds are beautifully maintained, the rooms are comfortable and quiet, the pool is clean and refreshing, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the dinners are divine. The owner (Caroline) also helped arrange a half-day walking tour (with a donkey for our child) that included a visit to a local pottery artisan.
Its my 4 visits to Skoura n 1st time stay at Skoura Lodge. The rooms are very unique n spacious. We had dinner there n we entertained with local musicians, pleasant music. The owner Abdou very friendly & accomodating n so are the staffs. I will definately stay there when in Morocco next visit
The staff is very helpful and kind. If you ask something they will help you immediately. They e.g. helped us with getting a guided tour through the palmeries. It was one of the best Tours we had during our 20+ days stay in Morocco.
All the facilities are perfect. 10/10.
We can highly recommend! Sadly we had only time to stay one night here! We recommend to plan at least two nights here!
Very clean, beautiful outdoor and pool area and the staff was so friendly!
Don't miss to stay in this Kasbah when travelling to and through Morocco!
Simple, clean, quiet, uthentic, architecture with peaceful and relaxing olive garden in the heart of Skoura oasis. Close to the river far from any urban stress. The ovner Abdul is an amazing person and lots of bird species visit his garden. Birdwatching place.
The lodge is situated in the middle of Palmeraie and is super peaceful. It is a real oasis of calm and luxury. The facilities are lovely, our room was beautifully furnished and the food was excellent. Staff were great!
This is one of the best Bookings we had in Morocco. The kasbah and the garden is beautiful, the breakfast was exceptional and the pool was so refreshing ane beautiful. Really nice, I reccommend you stay here more days.
