The resort was amazing with very helpful staff, and my room was exactly what I booked, including the view I woke up to each morning. The facilities available were first class, especially Myoka Spa. Made and her wonderful colleagues were very professional, and the services provided made you feel like a new person, particularly after a full day of sightseeing and walking.

It is priced well for what it is. It has nice-enough facilities, breakfast was good, the room was spacious. The receptionist Stefan was very helpful and lovely and friendly.

We were travelling with a group of friends and their 3 room apartment was really specious and made our life during the trip much easier. It was clean and cleaning service was there everyday. The beds were also really comfortable.

The hotel has good facilities and the breakfast is good. The pool on the top floor is fantastic, especially at sunset.
It has a very good location for those who want to use public transport - bus.

Floreida and the other lady at reception went out of their way to help me when a medical condition I had flared up.
There was no ice but Floreida and her colleague went out of their way to help me.
The receptionist ensured I had a room to change in, even though I had checked out.
The receptionist team were very pleasant. I didn't see much of the other staff as restaurant timings seem a little restricted. Would have been great to grab a sandwich when feeling hungry but restaurant times were quite rigid.
The room was also lovely and spacious. Loved moments on the balcony looking out to the sea.
