House all we like clean all and it’s comfortable but at the lobby we disappointed actually because of many garbage there and not too bad the house was very comfortable and very good looking and very nice we liked it very clean also but we don’t like the lobby and parking that only otherwise all ok neighbours also very friendly

Although my room was small it is sufficient. Toilet was clean but a bit small. The air con is working well. The price is very worthy, we went for work and sightseeing, not staying much in the hotel. The receptionist is friendly. Parking is a challenge during late afternoon when the food stalls were operating but parking is available after dinner hours. The Ayer Itam market is just around the corner. You can find famous Sister's curry me at the market in the morning, the famous duck rice at Kedai Kopi Ju Huat for dinner. Laksa is also around the same area for lunch. Hotel serve nice char kuey teow and other breakfast too. We reach hotel early, the staff allowed us to checked in early. The scenery out of the full length glass window was spectacular.
