I was formally a hotelier, that I know what to expect. But... I impressed as soon as I got the check in counter. Koh/Khoo at front office. WOW! Greeted, faciltated and even walked me to the direction of the lift. Well ttained and better than many other 5 star hotels.
Breakfast - walked in - not too large of buffet spread - low expectation. But again!!! All the staffs at the restaurant, treated the guests VERY well. I felt pampered... very courteous, indulging and well trained. All of them were good that I ddnt know who to give tips too.
