Great location. Right on Den Bosh’s main square. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Close to the central station and easy to access on foot. We didn’t use the restaurant facility but it looked very good.

Good Seasons City Centre Hotel Den Bosch, hotel in Cromvoirt

Good Seasons City Center Hotel Den Bosch is located in the city center of Den Bosch, at the foot (230 feet) of the medieval Sint Jan Cathedral.

This Hotel is in the absolute centre of the city, at the square right next to the 'St. John's Cathedral'. A great place for nice restaurants, drinks and to enjoy the city. This Hotel has become our favorite when we visit the city and we consider a 'hidden pearl'. The breakfast is something you don't want to miss out on, it is great !! This is a family run hotel and you can tell by the friendliness and care the show for their guests. We will be back.

Hotel Haverkist, hotel in Cromvoirt

Located in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, in the heart of the city center, this property is a 5-minute walk to central station. Guests are surrounded by cozy cafes and good restaurants.

The location was perfect. The corner hotel is close to the train station, the free hop on/hop off city bus, Jan De Groot lunch/bakery, the canal tour, a grocery store, multiple delightful dining options in a wide price range, and the market square. The building is delightfully old, with some interior exposed brick for atmosphere, but the interior renovation is sleek and modern. While there is no lift, the stairs are carpeted and there was no sound bleed from the corridor or street into our third floor room. The room had wonderful skylights with automated shades and a great heating/cooling ventilation system. The door had a helpful tone to remind us to close the latch securely and all electronics worked seamlessly. The beds were super comfy, too. There is a small lounge on the first floor with tea and coffee available 24 hours a day. In the lounge, a helpful giant wall map of Den Bosch and a board posting restaurants, sights, etc. made planning our day easy. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel so can not comment on that, but it is offered. We do not speak Dutch but the enthusiastic and charismatic staff are fluent in English and were eager to make our stay comfortable. The hotel sits above a convivial wine bar so there is lots of social energy buzzing around (but again, not into our sleeping space!).

a cute calm town but there is really not much to do.

a cute calm town but there is really not much to do. We stayed at Residence De Leuvert there, advertised as a family vacation site but really seems a long term residence for mostly seniors. A disappointing place with lots of hidden fees, lackluster facilities, and awful unfriendly customer service. Weird office staff and creepy maintenance man stinking of liquor and cigarettes. Glowing reviews are likely from long term residents, tourist complaints are consistent. Stay at Efteling in nearby Kaatsheuvel, youll thank me later As for the town Cromvoirt itself, not equipped for tourism. Close to great cities but inconsequential if youre not driving. Public transportation is very limited. 1x/hour, ends entirely at 6p, no service on Sundays. Does not accept cash nor visa unless it has a maestro logo. Most american atm cards wont work. You must purchase a reusable transit card at the main station for $10 and add money for your travels. Taxis between cromvoirt and the train station or anywhere youd want to go will cost at least $50 one way. There is 1 market in the whole town (doesnt accept visa). No banks, no atms, not much. There was a "big event" while we were there... cargo trucks competing for how much weight they could pull across a field of dirt.. Lots of locals seemed excited about that Some quaint homes with lovely horses but be mindful that the fences are charged with electricity so your kids dont get shocked. A pancake house in Cromvoirt is adorable, has good food, and nice people as well as a playroom and outside area for kids.. That was nice. I love the kibbling served in the trucks outside the market on weekdays... Cromvoirt could be a nice pass through on a long bike ride or a road trip to Utrecht or Eindhoven Its not an ideal longstay for tourists, and not equipped to be an ideal base for exploring the region and its "nearby" cities
