Airport hotels can be sketchy. This one is very nice. It's huge but felt cozy for our short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi worked well and parking was free. We especially liked the free airport shuttle.

The location and the staff. The location was right between the train/bus station and centrum making both within east walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had used this Hotel in a previous visit and I had loved the wonderful location and I found the room convenient enough even though was very outdated and in desperate need of renovations. It was quaint to a point. Leiden is worth a visit. Beautiful old town full of life, with barely any tourists!
