The hotel staff was amazing, the location perfect. Special thanks for the caring response by Andre, the hotel director, who addressed every concern I had. Also, Kaarina at the front desk was truly phenomenal in addressing my specific needs throughout my stay. Tina, who works at breakfast, not only provided excellent service but also helped me when I had a health related issue during breakfast. Professional and efficient and so very kind. I'd also like to thank the girl at reception who was working the morning I left for taking the time to walk me to the location where I'd have to wait for the airport bus. Thank you, everyone!

The apartment was easy to find and checking in was easy too. It was a good way from the bus stop but I chose to walk as it was a lovely day and I like walking. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated with everything I needed supplied for a 2 night stay. It was excellent value for money.
