We were nicely surprised by our host Aneta. She left some presents for us and our children in the kitchen with a handwritten note from the host to wish us a pleasant stay. Our children had a great time. The apartment has a nice layout. Everything is very clean. We had a great stay, we would love to come back again when we visit Norway and stay in Bergen.

We’ve stayed here many times but this time we were disappointed. We arrived at midnight as usual but when we got to our room we found the tele wasn’t working, the phone to reception was not working and the one spare pillow was dirty. The staff kindly changed our room but no extra pillows in this room either. Also felt there should have been the complimentary water in the rooms

Beautiful elegant hotel within easy walking distance from the airport terminal. The bed was very comfortable, and the bath in the bathroom was an unexpected bonus.
