Breakfast was good. The staff should tell guests in advance if their room is on a floor not accessed by the elevator, as ours was. We are seniors and navigating the stairs with our luggage was difficult.

The staff service was excellent...Friendly and accommodating when we were served breakfast items.. special mention of cafe staff Tomasz who served our breakfast items so diligently. Also front desk staff Joyce who helped print out a map and gave us directions to walk to the light rail stop that goes straight to the airport.
The deco of the rooms and all areas of the Hotel, including the inhouse piped music transports one to believe you are in France, and not Norway..Is ok for me because I paid one price, but gets two different environments in one visit ;-)
