The town does not have a lot to offer.
The town does not have a lot to offer. But the surroundings are lovely. The fjord front is spoilt by supermarkets, bus park and lots of tarmac. Lovely little cafe .......wonderful sandwiches. We biked uphill to a fabulous mountain lake. We were the only people there.......wonderful

Great restaurant - I had perhaps the best meal there of my entire trip to Norway! Comfortable lobby for sitting and people-watching. The room was a bit small for the price, but worth it for a chance to stay in the hotel. A great stop if you are traveling up the coast of Norway.

The 'new' half of the hotel is another story, some standard rooms are quite recently painted, and have paint smell, if you mind book the Nordic rooms instead.
