The Lodge treated me like a valued guest and were willing to do things to accommodate my needs. They were always smiling and cheerful. The Lodge was across from the National Park so it was easy to do a safari, a bike ride or a boat ride. Thanks Guide Sagar for my 4 guided adventures where I was able to see a rhino with a baby, some gaur, a monitor lizard, lots of birds, elephants and deer. I will be back to find the tiger that we heard in the grass.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful, fantastically located resort overlooking the Rapti River and Chitwan Safari Park. What really made the experience, beyond the gorgeous facilities and location, was the staff - who were incredibly thoughtful, attentive and friendly. We had a such great time at Chital Lodge. Bisnu and his family take such good care of us and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The food was amazing and the safaris Bisnu take us in were unforgetable ! We fully recommend this lodge for anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Chitwan. The experience is totally worth it.

Absolutely worst experience that I never experienced in my entire life. Customer service was awful.. I will never go back again. We booked for 4 nights but we checked out in 2 nights but paid for 4 nights . Spoke with manager about the service and he didn’t care. From day one it was terrible service. When we arrived at resort in the main gate there was no one to open the gate so we had to wait until they got there but no one came . 40-42 degrees hot weather and I asked for ice they said there was no ice to serve. Room was mouldy and very strong damp smell. I asked for housekeeping never turned up. Bed sheet was dirty and smells like damp. First night couldn’t sleep at all because of smell. Very very dissatisfied please don’t go . You will regret if you do.
