Clean, well maintained rims and grounds. Quiet part of town but still walkable.
Staff were great and opened up especially for a few of us as we had booked in for the Pink concert in Dunedin. Beautiful building and setting in Herbert. Clean and comfortable with great shower. Definitely recommend.
