Everything top to bottom , from the things to do on the property itself to the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful , front desk had some of the most amazing people i’ve gotten the chance to meet. Very thankful to have stayed at Aqua Natura Bay.

Nice apartment, with a small kitchenette, good bathroom and shower, very nice balcony.
Bed is amazing, large and comfy. Shower is large, water pressure not great though. Balcony is large enough for 2 people, and they have insects screens at the balcony doors.
Breakfast is at the main hotel, you have to walk like 200m; some limited options (some eggs/omelette, cereals, bread, gems, cooked and fresh vegetables, sausages and bacon, some cookies/desserts, fresh juices and fruits), but good enough for us; they had vegan milk (soy, rice, oats - depending on day) which was nice!
They have a spacious underground garage.
You also get tickets to the lava pools!
