Amazing hotel, amazing location, the room and prayer hall had a view on Haram. They have free shuttle bus to Haram area 24/7. The staff were very nice and kept checking on us and ensuring that we enjoyed our stay and that we are comfortable. There is paid massage chairs in the lobby areas. I would've loved more if they offered some free cold beverages in the lobby area during the day when the weather is hot.
