Beautiful and isolated location, but the road to reach to resort was long and very bumpy. Our little car had to go about 15 kph for about 10 km, becuase of how bumpy the road was. But I suppose it was worth the long drive, because of how beautiful and isolated the resort. It's not really a fancy resort, but very well-maintained and clean and amazing service staff. Probably the best staff I've seen in Uganda. Very attentive without being intrusive. They literally met us at the car as soon as we parked and helped carry our bags in. Wow.

The hotel is located in a good area close to a mall and quite convenient. Not far from the airport. It is quite clean and the staff are amazing and quite helpful. The breakfast is good and the chef normally goes out of his way to fix my juice which is not in the breakfast menu.

Nothing - Zero- avoid the horrible staff at this third rate overpriced place. Imperial - oh really!
No lifts, given rooms along way from the the stairs. Two old ladies had to hobble the long way to their distant rooms.
