The room had everything I needed and the front desk agent was very good. The room they gave me had a maintenance issue and she went out of her way to get me another room even though they didn’t have much vacancy left, which was super helpful and much appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay in Broomfield. The hotel is situated in a charming neighborhood with green spaces and beautiful houses. Be careful when booking on the map, as we initially arrived at a hotel with the same name in Denver. Our room was cozy and spacious, located in a great neighborhood. Walmart and other shopping centers are nearby. The room included all necessary bathroom amenities, along with coffee and tea. Breakfast was excellent, offering fries, sausages, omelets, and traditional items like yogurt, milk, cereal, and waffles. The staff were very pleasant and nice. We had no issues with noise and slept very well in the quiet environment. It was a fantastic stay in the beautiful and vibrant Colorado.

The multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping! Also the quick response from the Police when we needed them, and we did at SAVANNAH SUITES HOTEL!!! We were LOCKED OUT, and could never get in touch with anyone there! We wound up having to find another hotel at midnite!!!

There are many parks and places to fish in Arvada.
There are many parks and places to fish in Arvada. It is a family friendly town, very close to Golden which has a beautiful walk next to clear creek. Golden also has the Coors Brewery tours along with micro breweries throughout the town. In the summer you can tube down clear creek. Arvada is right down the highway from The National Western Complex and the heart of downtown Denver.
The decor in this little house is charming and cute. It's not too cluttered and super organized if you need to find extra towels, trash bags etc. We did not cook but the kitchen has everything you need. If you're a coffee lover like me you will love making your own espresso. The 2 game consoles were a nice surprise for the kids to kill time. Overall this was a calming and relaxing stay. Definitely a better choice than a hotel.
Check-in process was really easy. The location was very nice because it had gas stations and grocery stores around it. The facilities were nice such as the kitchen, restrooms, and wi-fi. The house was very clean and tidy. The hosts checked up on us in case we needed anything and was very welcoming. Overall, I would recommend staying here as it is in a safe area and has all your necessities. Great value and stay.
we arrived to a bunch of people with bags and several little kids running in the parking area. went in to check in with a confirmation # and was told we had been canceled because they had overbooked. No call, no message. we had to scramble to find another place. came from 4 hours away for a memorial service for my aunt.
The home was very unique but very clean. Everything we needed was there. It was a very fun place to stay. It was walking distance to Olde Town Arvada and that was a fun place to go to. Close to train, if you wanted to venture into Denver. Owner was very friendly and accessible.
The house was a great place for our family of 6. We were able to have our own spaces and areas for entertainment and relaxation from our busy trip.
Having laundry on site was great, as we tried to pack light for our stay.
Located a moderate walk from the light rail station and from old downtown Arvada where there were lots of restaurants. Decent access to freeway system for touring Denver. Ample room for our group of five adults.
booked a room with 2 double beds got room it had been heavily smoked in and bed looked the size of a twin. Let the hotel know I did not get the room I booked and was leaving the property. Stayed 1 night
Location is great. Front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. The pool area was open and clean. The room was attractive and bed was comfortable,
The property was exactly what we needed, a little room to spread out and close to downtown Arvada. Beds were very comfortable and the home was spotless.
