    We just came down for the night to see a concert in Boston. The rooms were clean and neat. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately I didn't check right away, and when I got home I had been over charged 57.78 for the rooms. Now I need to take time out of my day to fight this.

    We were looking for a place to stay for one night just...

    We were looking for a place to stay for one night just outside of Boston as we had to deliver our rental car in Boston city centre in the morning and catch a train afterwards. for this Billerica was perfect as we could get to the city centre within 30-40 minutes. It was also easy to find restaurants and a shopping mall and it was a safe environment.

    This hotel was horrible.

    This hotel was horrible. Front desk over charger me ehich over drew my account so i was stuck at hotel whole day and night. Also i was told for ny inconvience since i missed breakfast abd could not enjoy my stay from the previous night as well as that starting day i would be refunded 1 night. That staff member went home and the manager told me she would not honor that. I would not recommend unless they did something drastic to make up for the drastic mistake there staff made. I ended up hospitalized the following day due to the hotel stressing me into a thyroid storm. I stood at desk crying for hours with no resolution.
