The kitchen staff - Crystal, was excellent and friendly. She made us feel welcome, and worked very hard. Please do extend our warmest appreciation to her, including the reception staffs.
Our room was good, but the shower room was not constructed well. Whilst showering water was floading the bathroom, and on one occasion, water found its way into our bedroom. My wife's church dress, hung on the make-shift wardrobe, was wet, and soaking. You need properwardrobes.

We were attending a conference so did not have the opportunity to really tour Cleveland, however, first impressions are excellent. The people are friendly, nice restaurants, decent shopping and close to Lodge Cast Iron factory & museum. Recommend the Lodge factory and Museum - very interesting and good buys on cast iron cookware. The natural scenery is gorgeous - lush greenery, mountains - Rock City close by. Lots of opportunities for nature lovers to hike, camp, etc. 40 minutes from Chattanooga which has other attractions & amenities. Highly recommend visiting this area. I plan to return and explore the area further.

We liked the facility.
We liked the facility. Also happy with the availability of washer & dryer. This is a very busy intersection off I-75 so finding sites could be a challenge due to abundance of traffic. We did eat at Cracker Barrel which was at the next exit from I-75. We spent most of our free time with family.

Cleveland is a beautiful town that has grown pretty crowded but still has mountain charm and natural beauty. There are many things to see and do I would have stayed longer if I did not have to flea from roaches at the hotel in the middle of the night.

ABSOLUTLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THE YOUNG BOY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS HORRIBLE. HE TREATED US SO POORLY. WE ACTUALLY HAD TO CALL THE LAW UP THERE. I BELIEVE HE WAS PROBABLY HIGH ON DRUGS IF I HAD TO STAY. WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE

Cleveland is a busy growing city.
Cleveland is a busy growing city. Way too much traffic for me, but it is close to lots of natural parks, hiking trails and places to whitewater raft. Lots of Mom & Pop places to eat with really good food. They have a great greenway with lots of miles to walk!

Cleveland is a beautiful city. Clean and friendly.
Cleveland is a beautiful city. Clean and friendly. Ate at Longhorn, including with room was a 10% discount. The following day we went to Olive Garden. We enjoyed the church service at North Cleveland Church of God and rode around the campus of Lee University. We even were able to enjoy some remaining fall colors. It was a great visit.
We were pleasantly surprised by this little gem of a motel! Clean rooms! Great beds! Great AC! Great tv and stations ( we stayed almost a week in June ). Staff was friendly and accommodating even though they were book to capacity! We just book another trip this time for an entire week to stay here specifically because we were treated better here than we have ever been treated at chain hotels! Bring your amenities with you and stay in a clean affordable room! Room is as so big! Plenty of space and plenty of hot water!
Stayed for one night for a softball tournament with my two kids. location was good (lots of restaurants nearby and across the street), room was clean, AC was cold. Didn’t drive up and see a bunch of people hanging around outside which is usually a red flag for me. The couple who runs it was friendly. Would stay here again if ever we found ourselves needing a room in Cleveland, TN.
The location was perfect for our trip from Florida to Michigan.
It is a short walk to Waffle House.
Cleveland TN offered more than I thought it would
Red Roof Inn was clean and decorated well and I liked the fridge and microwave and the offer of coffee in the room.
Parking was good.
The price was incredibly small!
Immediately upon arrival, I located the handicap parking , entered the hotel and was greeted by staff at the registration desk. Check in/out was efficient. All staff were hospitable. Hallways, elevator, cafe, my room were all clean. Staff went out of their way to ensure that guests received a wonderful experience.
The room and towels were clean.
Although the hotel is on a busy street, I was able to get restful sleep since the road noise quiets down at night. I had a room facing the street and it wasn't a problem.
Served the purpose: close to the freeway. Had eating options in the vicinity.
Was given an adjacent room on the first floor which I didn't like so they gave me a second floor room without problems.
The room itself was spacious. Everything you would likely need is available. It's basically like a decently furnished apartment. The location is great with many stores and dining options close by.
Rooms had been remodeled and very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. We will make Douglas Inn our go to hotel when we travel thru Cleveland. And it's in walking distance to Cracker Barrel.
I always arrive long before check-in time, and they always have the room ready for me, since I make that special request, because I dream of traveling at night and sleeping during the day.
The location was right off the highway and your left alone in room. It had a kitchen, fridge and everything a high end hotel would have but for cheaper. Nice staff and good conversation.
